Poor Service

Service is disgusting. I have had my car for 8 weeks and its been at the dealership more than with myself. They never call to notify you on anything nor update you with any progress. I have been dealing specifically with Isaac and am extremely unhappy with the service I have received. I have taken my car in for a part to be fixed 3 times and on the 4th time I was informed that this part would be replaced. The part was ordered on a Thursday and I was informed it would be sorted on the following Tuesday, 2 weeks later I had to phone for an update. I am still waiting for the part, however today I got a puncture and discovered that the spare wheel in the car does no fit. We are still awaiting the service book - as we bought the car under the condition that it had a full service history and nothing. I understand that at times Lindsay Saker representatives rely on the suppliers etc but just a courtesy call would make all the difference. Thist- is honestly not worth the trouble considering the cost - the car is pre-owned with 45000km and I am told to understand it is an old car. Very disappointed with the overall experience.
