I logged a complaint on this site on Tuesday, received a response from Europcar on Thursday saying I would have feedback by end of business on Thursday, it's Sunday night and I have still heard nothing.
A company with virtually one complaint a day logged on this website should up their game and start getting their customer service up to scratch.
With more and more people checking HelloPeter before using service providers Europcar should be nervous about their failing reputation.
