When we had booked the car all was arranged so that we can pick up the car. I had a stomach operation 6days before our travel and was not allowed to drive. The complaint is that Europcar was not willing to allow my fiance to drive the car as she was the card holder. This would not even make sense to a frikken dog, its not like I wasn't in the car!!! You seriously need to sort the rubbish out it caused a HUGE inconvenience and wasted time. We will never use Europcar again and I will be telling everybody in my professional network not to use Europcar!
