Friday 8/02/13 my parcel arrived for them to collect but was stopped by customs for routine inspection, I called there offices Monday morning asking when I can expect delivery and was told in 3-4 days (But they claim to be an EXPRESS courier company)... Anyway, I called the offices (7-8 times) Tuesday morning again asking one of the Managers if there's anything customs needs to From me to speed up the process but all I received was the usual "we will call you back in a few minutes"... because by Wednesday morning I had to Call Them Back only to get told the same nonsense a few more times.
The last person I spoke to was Sydney but he too gave the "il call you back in a few minutes"story.
Do they expect me to do there job for them, I've wasted LOADS of airtime trying to sort out MY parcel that suppose to be there job to begin with.
Don't take R8000-R9000 shipping costs from me if you not willing to do the job you suppose to do.
All I wanted was a simple answer but received NONE.
Your customer service is putrid to say the least.
I also feel that I'm inclined to a refund on ALL my airtime wasted of you.
