TNT Express - what a disaste

TNT Express sends me an Invoice on the 18th September for a parcel they are suppose to deliver to me from an international sender. Not my choice.

With the invoice I am informed that if payment is not received with in 3 days they will move the parcel to the states warehouse where i will have to extra to get the parcel. Firstly, what??? and secondly what?? are you kidding me. The short notice gave me reason for concern already (the reason for the 3 days apparently is because by Law TNT my only hold a parcel for 14 days (are you kidding me. 14 days is more that 3 days the last time I checked) Anyways, the 19th is a Thursday and the 20th the Friday, I pay the invoice over the weekend and send the proof of payment that Monday the 23rd of September. For the next two weeks I hear nothing from her/he (who knows) until yesterday to inform me that the parcel has been moved to the states warehouse whilst asking me again for the proof of payment.

I mean honestly, just admit when you missed my email and correct your error. Don't pretend I never sent you the proof of payment. Even after forwarding the original email again it didn't help.
Worst service imaginable.
