Bad services and attitude by AA Insurance

Bad service by AA, my car got down on the road, I phoned the helpline immediately, they kept asking unnecessary details and questions - similar to those when you joint them for the first time - which has nothing to do with my problem, line break-up many times, they kept calling and re-checking for more than 3 time, it takes up to 45 min later when they confirm the availability of a technician, it take for the technician to arrive almost 60 min, each time they phone the tell you he's coming soon. the technician has no tool to inspect the car? and decide to tow, with the promise that the tow car will be there in 15-20 min, a thing that been confirmed by the helpline, 30 min later, someone phoned with very BAD ATTITUDE telling me that it will be not before 5 pm? meaning 1-1.5 hr. I missed my clinic at hospital, I was 30 min late (paid penalty) for my kids' school.
I phoned later (around 18:00) and asked for the tow to be next morning at 08:00 am sharp, and they confirm that, next morning I phoned again and the lady who answered my call found nothing on the system (no tow booked as I've been told). She was good and made the booking and the tow guy make it there at 08:30.
