I ask AA to tow my car, as it had clutch problem. While on route my car hit the back part of the head of tow truck with its front and damage my number. The tow truck told me it could have been he did not make the hooks tight on my car to hold my car. Well now AA does not want to take full responsibility. They refer me to the tow truck company when they are the one who organise the truck for me. And the tow truck people very rude. They sending me from pillar to post. What I don't understand is I made arrangementnwith AA, the is no need for me tom deal with the tow truck. Now this unnecessary process is inconveniencing me as I don't have transport to go to work. They have organise a courtesy car which turn to be at my cost, while they said they will cover the cost while trying to sort my problem. Later when ask why the cost were on my account, they told me they did me a favour on that day to help me with the car, which I have to organise transport for myself. While they are the one who cause me all this. No one is willing to take responsibility. They damage my car and then no one want to to own up to it. They have proven to be unreliable and passing the buck.
