My vehicle wouldn't start this morning. Phoned Toyota who uses AA roadside assist. They (the AA) followed up THREE times while the technician was en route and gave updates as to approximate time till he will be with me. The technician was knowledgeable and quick.

With poor service a norm in South Africa, this was undoubtedly the best service I have encountered in a looong time.
