GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TURNS TO EXTREMELY WORST

With the constant promises of rapid and great service delivery we always here from their ads, I was so disappointed with the service I received from The AA. after having to wait for a response for over 4 hours due to lack of proper equipment from their respondent (Technician), including his GPS, I had to take an attitude that I've never thought existed in this time and age. Firstly being shouted at by The AA technician for not picking up my phone due to my seeking other alternatives assistance and the fact that "I SHOULD KEEP QUITE BECAUSE HE IS HELPING ME", later told of my poor knowledge of the condition of my battery case. further to that a drunk person telling me of my not knowing the place I was at better than he did, driving with the AA technician. Very traumatic. I thought I could trust on "the aa" because we pay them to assist us when we are in the worst situations and great need for their response to our desperate needs.
