Trapped in areas because of workers incompetence

I made payments to Renault regarding settlements of my previous car, which Renault had kindly offered to settle for me with Nedbank. They didn't do so and failed to inform me. Do to their incompetence I find myself in areas forced to pay an amount R2000 more by tomorrow having being informed today only. Its such short notice an unacceptable. So in conclusion this is bad service.
