POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

My wife took her car in for an engine light that kept coming on. Audi Sandton ordered the part and said that it would not take more than a day to fix. Bill Franke the service advisor then phoned her at mid day to say that there is now a problem with the gear box and the car is shuttering. How is this possible? Bill said that they don't know how long it will take to fix. My wife is now without a car and had to cancel all her client meetings because Bill said that she is number 9 on the list for a courtesy car and he cannot help her. My wife and I went to the dealership yesterday afternoon to speak to him regarding the problem with car. He told us that he cannot speak to us because he has to go and see another customer. He kept providing us with one word answers with a "don't care attitude". The other service consultants showed more interest in helping us. He promised to get the technicians to phone us this morning to explain what is wrong with the car. We are still waiting. This a pathetic service from a big Dealership.
