Lack of quality control

I took my Jeep to AmericanSUV to repair the airconditioner radiator and to replace the head gasket. In order to repair the aircon radiater, thy had to remove the dashboard. On my way home after collecting the vehicle i saw that the windscreen had a horizontal crack. After more inspection at home, i discover that not all the screws securing the dashboard was re-fitted. I then discover that the jack was also missing. Poor or no quality control. I took photo's as proof and inform AmericanSUV. The said they will send someone to access the damages. After waiting a month for there"representative" i repair the windscreen and replace the screws and jack on my account. After sending them the invoice and request a refund, they refuse to accept responsibility of these damages to my vehicle.
Be warned. there is NO quality control and I had receive POOR service from them.
