Parcel from US. Arrived and cleared customs and apparently scanned into Johannesburg head office on the 11/11/13.
Unable to get hold of any Ems person. Telephones not answered and dropped after few min. No emails. Even on web no contact details. Still undelivered...
Typical South African service.
Don't ever use!!
