Barons Volkswagen
VW Touran Service but still not resolved

My vehicle has been at VW Barons Woodmead for its mayor service in October 2013 where I send almost R11k on the installation of a new cambelt and it other mayor service component. The vehicle has since then returned to have a intercooler pipe replaced at cost (R1050)

After the car had the pipe replaced, it has died on me while transporting my family and my sister in law and her husband which was quite embarrassing to me. The Touran was towed to the Baron Woodmead Dealership where it stayed for 3 days to determine what the problem was. It was advise that the studs on the tension pulley needed to be replaced, which according to me should have been picked up the mayor service when the cambelt was originally replaced.

Now over the weekend, I was transporting my family when again the Touran lost performance again. The car was in such a state that the vehicle was smoking like a truck with a Cummins engine in it. The car was idling off and was VERY SLOW to respond. You literally had to rev the motor until 3000rpm before the engine and DSG gearbox selected the next gear. The only way to resolve this, was to shut the vehicle off completely and then start it up again. A previous matter.
