I purchased my scirocco brand new at barons bellville and had to have the engine replaced on 25000 km's. On 32000 km's they replaced some mechanism as the vehicle was 'missing' now on 35000 km's the vehicle is again 'missin'. I contacted their people and requested they look at my vehicle and they advised i should leave it with them without a courtesy car. I am trying to understand how one can pay over R6k pm on an installment and get what they believe is a functional product? I will never buy another VW nor would i advise any of my friends to do so.
Rashiega from VW customer service has aided me to the best of her ability but i am not happy with this product. With 35000km's on the clock this car is basically still new. Where to from here Mr Manly?
