After my 3rd attempt of picking up my car, going back and forth to Dent tech panel beater - a service provider authorised by OUTSURANCE to do my repairs after being involved in an accident. I am completey annoyed and dissatisfied about the job that they are doing (cause they are not even finished). Jus t to name all the things that went wrong (the bonnet was not aligned properly, my gear cover was loose/broken, cigarette lighter not clipping, mirror scratched, car out of alignment, mirror outer cover was not installed properly - looking like a second hand cover) The new developments after they claim to have fixed the car is that the mirror knob does not allow you to adjust it. Now, how do they expect me to drive with this kind of condition, and the door rubber panel is loose, when you close the door the rubber stays outside. I am sick and tired of excused from these people. The latest that Raymnond told me was that i pointed out the the mirror adjusting knob on teh left hand side is not the same length as the one on the right - he said Renault cars come like that, BIG FAT as i confirmed this statement not to be true. I WANT MY CAR FIXED WITH BRAND NEW PARTS ASAP..
