INCOMPETANT SERVICE AT ITS BEST... DAY LITE

I took my kia Picanto for 30000 service and when dropping it off I asked the ladies at reception to make a note that my car has sounds when I brake n clutch and that they should call me should they be an extra costs. They did not call for me to pay extra meaning the car had been fixed. A week later a discovered the sound from breaking and clutch was still there and a new problem too, which I noticed when I drive on the freeway. I called kia midrand and they told me to bring my car... i thought is under guarantee since it was a few weeks after I was not satisfied with the service so I thought I would not pay but thy made me pay R570 AND said is for the technician to discover the problem, again after the service the technician did not find problem but said I should change all my tyres because they are causing the problem. I went to a speedy tyre and fitment in Midrand and they detected that my car had wheel bearing problem and gave me a quote. MONEY GONE NO SERVICE and MY CAR NOT FIXED .

I doubt maybe my car was not even inspected that's why the technician claimed its tyres.

Kia please get professional technician.
I don't think a professional can miss a problem like this one
