I took my car, an Opel Corsa 1.4, 2005 model to this firm for a 15, 000km service and to repair the a defect flicker light on 22 january 2013. The afternoon they sent me a sms that the car is ready. I went there and when I drove away I find that the radio did not work and the message on it is SAFE. I took it back and Mr Goosen told me that they had to disconnect the battery to work on the flicker. So the code of the radio went out. They do not know the correct code and the dealer must be phoned to get it. I told them to do so. Mr Goosen told me to get back the next day. I phoned him the next day and still they do not have the code. I really do not know how to handle this anymore. My feeling is that the radio worked when I left the car there and I want it back in a working order.
