This is now the second complaint that i am posting about the same problem, i am totally disgusted with the service i am getting from Motorcycle Supreme (Big boy). The bike was taken in Monday for a service and repairs that are still under warranty, I was told Monday that the parts are there and the bike will be done in two days, Wednesday i phoned they then promised it would be done by Friday. It is now friday and the bike has not even been stripped so i am sitting without transport still. I am so off that i even bough this bike, i am sick of the that are told to me over and over again. I explained to them i cannot fetch the bike either as i am having problems with transport, they wernt even willing to help me even though this is their mess up that i am paying for. They instead tell me they want to charge me R300 for delivery and this piece of has cost me so much as it is. I am making it very clear that anyone wanting to buy a bike from there is making a mistake, they are full of and disappointments. Cannot actually believe the service i have got. Big boy doesnt even give me a bike to use when they are "fixing" mine... DISGUSTING
