Hi all.
After purchasing a Big Boy GPR250R from Big Boy Irene bran new. The top cover of the bike was scratched. Pierre at big boy Irene did send a warranty claim for the top cover of the bike. Sins day 2 that I had the bike it gave me problems. On the High way the bikes motor just go's dead. Then I had to wait for a few minutes then the bike starts and I can go again. After reporting this to Pierre at Big Boy Irene. He said I must bring the bike in so that they can have a look at what could be the problem. After they replaced the Fuel pump, Fuel switch and the carburetor. The problem was still there. The bike is send to Big Boy head office. This was with in the 7 days that I had the bike. Now the problem is with Big Boy head office Due to extremely poor service from them. I Don't want the bike anymore sin the bike gave me problems with in the second day that I got it. Now I'm waiting for feed back as to are they going to give me a refund. The excuse from the lady named Marianette is the directors and the General manager is out of the office constantly. So hoe's going to stand up and assist me in this matter. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE Big Boy Head office. THUMBS UP BIG BOY IRENE
