To Whom it may concern.
I have booked a car for my holiday in the December period at the OR Tambo branch and I was told that I could pay the full amount (with my debit card) on the day of collection.
However as understandably busy as the holiday season is, First Car Rental ask for a deposit to be made to ensure the booking was valid and gave me a 24 hour window to make the payment. Now what my complaint is about is that I specifically asked to do a Debit card payment as I do not own a credit card and they will not except this payment as only credit cards are acceptable.
If I could get a reply on this matter urgently it will be much appreciated.
