I have been servicing my car at the same dealership where I purchased the vehicle. Everytime my car goes in it comes back worse than before and this has occured over the past year. I have taken up these issues with Customer care and it is already 5 weeks now and no feedback, except the fact that there is no technician available?? My car is just over a year old and I have been having issues that I should not in the first year. In total my vehicle has been at the dealership close to 3 months, and they have not resolved any of the issues. My wheel alignment is out, the vehicles entire braking system is messed up, I have huge blisters on my hand from holding the steering wheel so tightly so that the car does not pull me off the road, my shocks are a complete joke and has a squeaking sound but this according to the DP and his workshop manager is normal. That is B.S - I am on a maintenance plan and that is falling away while everybody takes their sweet time trying to delay the process so i can fork out money for all the service done on my car. please can someone assist while i risk losing my life and further damage on the vehicle.
