Ihad a full service done on my car 8 weeks ago along with R9000 rands worth of additonal repairs (recommeneded by staff, which I now after my experience with them I believe was not all needed... a rip off). I've had endless issues with my car since then, having to call then each time for assitstance, .2 break downs included, having to be without my car for days with no offer of a loan car! My last call to them, last week, has been ignored along with my requests to speak to the manager or owner ..a Mr Allie I believe. No-one has called me back to check on car ..I think they've given up as they have got other cars (people) to rip off. Fair warning _ don't take your car to budget auto. Unless you have money to burn and time to waste getting frustrated.
