I took my phone in on 4 November to replace my S4 screen which had cracked. I was told parts were coming in that week and I would be called when it was ready. I have heard nothing and have called myself to find out and I keep getting, parts have not arrive, parts have arrived, someone will work on it, it hasn't been finished yet, there is a backlog and no one can even give me an estimation of when it will be ready. I'm really disappointed with this service, an sms should at least be sent out to let the customer know the progress. I am without connection now for nearly 2 weeks until who knows when...
