I bought a new vehicle (preowned), and bought all the service, maintence plans, lasting for 3 years or 150 000kms from the date and kms of the vehicle, 128 320kms. I was told I didn't need to bring it in for the 135000km service as they had done a pre-delivery service. Took the car in for the 150 000km service and after a huge argument, about the 135000kms service, they did it, no cost to me. Took car for 165000km service (another branch) and was told I had to pay for it. Then found out that Airport used my service plan to claim the pre-delivery service, also that the service plan expired after 21680kms. I have been misinformed and to, and feel that Hyundai Airport has committed. I am horrified that Hyundai Airport has been so dishonest.
