WE TOOK OUR AUDI A3 TO THE EAST RAND MALL BRANCH SINCE IT WAS GIVING US PROBLEMS AND THAT IS WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED AS WELL. MY HUSBAND WAS ADVISED THAT THE THROTTLE VALVE WAS FAULTY AND WE HAVE TO PAY AN AMOUNT OF R16 000.00. WE AGREED ON THE AMOUNT QUOTED AND WE WERE ADVISED TO BRING THE CAR IN ON THE 04-10-2013 OF WHICH WE DID.

MY HUSBAND HAD TO MAKE FOLLOW UPS AND THEY KEPT ON TELLING HIM THAT HE WILL BE CONTACTED TO NO AVAIL, UP UNTIL WE WENT TO THE DEALER ON THE 28-10-2013 AND THEY PROMISED THAT THE CAR WILL BE FIXED AND READY BY 31-10-2013. TODAY HE WENT AGAIN TO THE DEALER AND HE WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL NOW COST R25 000.00 TO HAVE THE CAR FIXED.

I THINK ITS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, AS PER THE CPA, WE HAVE TO PAY WHAT HAS BEEN QUOTED TO US AND FOR THE SERVICE RENDERED. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A CAR FOR MORE THAN A MONTH NOW AND IT IS INCONVENIENCING ME TO USE TAXIS WHEN I GO TO WORK.

IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS?
I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED BETTER FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE YOURS, HOWEVER MY LATEST EXPERIENCE LEAVES LESS TO BE DESIRED.
WHAT WOULD IT TAKE FOR US TO GET OUR MONEY'S WORTH??? THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
