Not professional with service

Lack of service when taking kombi in for Major service and not checking the bus out correctly. The shudder on the wheel turned out not to be the brakes as described by the service floor supervisor but rather the boss nut of the steering wheel was completely loose. This was discovered once I was in East London.

Went back to complain to the service manager and he would not even listen to me and actually tried to blame me for this. I find it completely unacceptable that when one takes a car in and actually mentions errors, these errors are not checked out. The service managers attitude was one of arrogance and disrespect for the client. He basically was so rude, I walked out of his office. I have since sent the manager a email via the Baron's web link "contact us" and to date, nothing. It is sloppy and could have cost my son and myself our lives just because they did not heck the shudder on the steering wheel and blamed it on the braking system. I have never seen a service manager that was so rude and arrogant in all my life. Also the fact that they have a complaints section but do not act on it is disgusting. They jujst do not care about anyones safety which is very concerning
