I would just like to express my utmost disgust and disappointment with the unacceptable level of service I received from Ms MAHLOHONOLO in SPEED SERVICES ISANDO office.

I contacted the 0860 023 133 on the 25 - SEP - 2013 and was put through to their collections department, when I had the most unfortunate chance of being put through to mahlohonolo.

She is by far the most incompetent person I have ever delt with in all my years. Her level of customer service is appalling to say the least. I would hate to think that the organisation encourages and operates in such a poor manner.

I asked the agent to arrange/process a collection for me. I needed a document transported from Pretoria to the Bloubergrant Post office (Door to Counter).

I provided my credit card details, and was charged R136.35

I was promised the document would be ready for collection on the 27-SEP-2013.

To keep a long story short. after countless hours speaking to the branch manager at the bloubergrant office. I only received my parcel 3 weeks later after Portia from the cape town office took over my case.

This is suppose to be a speed service. I was better off using registered mail. I would like a refund.
