How Incompetent can one company be?

To say that this dealership falls well below the grade would be the understatement of the year, having bought my vehicle from them in march 2013 I have seen my car less than they have, every time it went in for parts to be replaced or fitted it came back with more things damaged than when it went in, it took 3 months for them to get the exhaust I ordered after being told it would be 10-15 days, they have lost my old steering wheel after replacing it with a new performance steering wheel. they said they would order a new steering wheel for me but who knows when that might arrive. I really have tried to be patient with the repeated comedy of errors, I cant imagine what the jobs of the excellent service advisors must be like with such incompetence behind the scenes. My final straw was a suspension issue which I asked to be sorted out and after having my car for a week it has come back exactly as it went in. I really don't know what else to do to get things done correctly the first time.
