Terrible service, did not deliver and no followup

RTT handle deliveries for online purchases (phones) from MTN online store.

Were supposed to deliver today, it is 'out for delivery' in Johannesburg. I called to confirm and, after a number of dropped calls after being forwarded to the relevant department, I spoke to someone was assured me it would be delivered before 5pm today. I asked if I could get some confirmation from the driver to which I was told that they would contact the relevant person and I would be called. No communication received and delivery wasn't made either. I called then to follow up as I will not be at the delivery address tomorrow and I get through promptly to reception, who have no idea who is still at work, and randomly put me through to multiple people (including manager, and supervisor).. all fail, those which do get through seem to be CUT OFF by the person who responds (this is supposedly the night duty manager).

There is a major disconnect between the reception and the call centre (they don't know who is at work and who isn't). This saga is just beginning, I'm pretty sure the delivery will come through tomorrow at the wrong address, and I can't ask someone else to receive it as it must be RICA'd.
