I purchased a second hand ALFA MITO DISTINCTIVE 2010 in August 2012.I was told that the vehicle had full service history and that I would receive the stamped service book once it had been ordered from the factory. Eventually months later I received the service book and was told that I must speak to the service manager to get the book stamped. It was then found that the car does not have a service history. A meeting was held with the dealer principle and it was decided that the vehicle will be substituted he had issued me a letter in November stating that the car will be substituted within a month. I have yet to have my problem resolved what makes matters worse the dealer principle I was dealing with was either fired or quit. I am still waiting for them to get back to me..
