I have purchase a brand new Chevrolet vehicle from this dealer and the vehicle is 1 year old and has 14500km. I have complained about the wiper, brakes, door handle and other things. The dealer said, I must change my tyres and the other things have been rectified, I have been to that same dealer for the forth time regarding my problems but still no results, I have no idea why these simple things cannot be fixed, I am a qualified technician and worked for brands like Mercedes Benz and BMW. But these guys give me excuses that are so stupid. I have never seen this kind of service and I have worked for four big brand dealers. I don't know if its the lack of training or just plain incompetence staff. I am tired of running up and down for the same reasons.
