How to begin this letter is almost impossible I am beside myself with anger and would like to use language that even I would not understand let alone someone else but I cannot find the words to describe what I have had to endure from Tata service centres and customer care agents and is still ongoing and now they tell me they cannot help me..as my warranty is finished. People from everywhere dont ever buy a car from Tata as promises are made but not kept, If I think of how much I have spent on telephone calls to the service centres, customer care office & when they say they will come back to you ..sorry that never happens. My petrol that I have had to drive to take my car in for inspection upon inspection and promises that are made about parts that have to be ordered and coming from India and never happening. Costs I have taken upon myself to go to other vehicle inspection departments to prove that I have the same existing faults on my vehicle that they say are fixed. Tata my story is to long to write here if you are interested I will be going to the Motor Industry Ombudsman if I do not hear from you soon. This is the worst kind of dissatisfaction ever eve
