Ln March 2013 we unfortunately bought a brand new ford focus 1.6vcti from barloworld ford Alberton for my wife. We had endless issues with the bought of the vehicle due to our trade in that was a paid of vehicle and money that was owed to us. Now in November 2013 my wife took it in for it's first service, there is a funny noise coming from the front wheels of the focus. The service department told her that there is a problem with the tyres. I tried to contact them today at 13:00 and the first time and the phone call was dropped. I tried a second time and waited for Jacky from the service department to discuss the matter. The phone call was then dropped again. I drive a car not for longer than two years and I must say this is the worst dealer that I have ever bought a new vehicle from.
