I visited Budget Rent A Car website to book a vehicle. It is rather cumbersome, gave me three errors and did not recognise South Africa as a country... Anyway, after filling out ALL the requested details I even received an email quotation. Yet, when I tried (through their tedious call centre) to confirm the booking, they told me that class of vehicle is unavailable.
Why have a system that allows me all the way to imparting personal and credit information, including email confirmation, for a product that is unavailable!!!??? I should have been told that in the first 30 seconds.
Pathetic.
