They were good from first contact. Replied to queries. On day of move arrived at specified time, loaded household furniture quickly and efficiently (we had done our own packing). The driver was helpful, friendly and pleasant. The staff got on and did their job, asking questions when necessary and loading carefully, neatly and well. Arrived at the destination (which was a far distance) on time and unpacked the van quickly and well - again listening to instructions. Nothing was broken and nothing was missing. Was very impressed with the service received.
