My car was hit in a free way by a guy that was driving a courtesy car, because few day prior him knocking me he hit someone else.
him self can testify that he was in the wrong .he jumped two lanes, on a very prohibited area and landed in me. he has admitted even to the police.
his insurance handled the matter for him.
after months. this is the letter i received. very shocked:(

We confirm that we act on behalf of BUDGET RENT A CAR
We further confirm that according to the information at our disposal it would appear that the above mentioned accident was an emergency as our insured had blacked out and when he came by he found himself in the rear of your vehicle.
Unless you are able to prove that our client did not have a black out before colliding into the rear of your vehicle we will not be entertaining your claim.
