I rented a group F vehicle from Budget rent a car in April 2013 and had no problem getting this vehicle. I tried booking the same group vehicle today and was told that they do not stock that particular group vehicle at the branch. This is not true as I have proof of having booked that group vehicle just a couple of weeks ago. I am also disappointed that the branch did not even offer to try and make a plan.
