I picked up a problem with my Vito's power steering, i took it in and made a booking for the following day, The following day i took it in, by half past 4 the afternoon they called me to let me know that they did not have time to look at it. They informed me they will do it first thing the following day and come back to me with quote. It is now half past 3 and no one has come back to me, i tried calling and everytime i am told they will come back to me but never do.
This is my only means of transport at this time but they dont give a dem, just keep on making excuses. I am surely going to the news papers.
