Not happy with service

I have a problem with what i calle "wrong diagnosis". i took my car in (Jeep HXS 847 NW) to Maemo on the 25/6/2013 because i was experiencing the shaking or vibrating of steering wheel when i swerve to avoid an object or driving on the bad road. They said the problem is the clock spring and i paid R4724.45. Months later it happened but i ignored it hoping it will just go away. Then on Sunday the 2nd February 2014, the steering wheel shook so badly that i called them to collect it the next day. Now they inform me that the problem is the steering damp and the cost is R4000.00. I went and requested for the job card done the first time i brought it in, then discovered that it only states"client is complaining about stability." the clock spring they put in had nothing to do with shaking of steering. The arguement that Nico raised is that can i buy something at Pick and Pay and return 8 months later. can he really compare that with something that one buys at Pick and Pay? besides; i work and stay across the road. I normally dont drive on a bad road and how often does one swerve to try and avoid an object on the road. can i really pay for the same thing twice?
