Unsatisfied with the poor sevice and treatment

On 25 November 2013 I was driving to work on R565 towards Boshoek. Just past the entrance to Royal Marang Hotel I heard a big bang from the front of the car & then I saw a big smoke at the back of the car. I immediately pulled off the road, stopped & got off the car to check what the problem was, I did not see anything wrong. I tried to start the car but it could not start.

I then called Jeep road side assistance & they sent a technician (Thabo) to my location to see if he could assist me. After checking Thabo recommended that my car should be towed to Maemo Motors in Rustenburg. My car was towed to Maemo Motors & was tasked to a lady called (Thea).

On Monday afternoon I called Maemo and I spoke to Thea & she told me they had not checked my car yet. I then asked when would they check my car as I was stranded & she told me they will do it as soon as they get a gap. I then called JeeP SA customer service and I spoke to (Lebo) who told me that she will speak to Maemo.

The technician from Jeep SA went to Maemo & Viewed the car & sent a mail to me that they will not pay for fixing my car. Today after 19 days My car is still at Maemo & I have not yet got the diagnose or quote.
