My 2006 Merc's key got stuck in the ignition at the Waterfall Mall during November 2013
I phoned Maemo and the service dept asked if the car could start, I should drive it to the service centre, not far from the mall, as their service vehicle was out on a call
The car hasn't been under guarantee and the service plan has expired long ago, but they fixed the problem immediately and at no cost!
That is such great service!!!
