On the 22 May my service for my jeep patriot was booked, I required the wheel alignment done as part of the 84 000 km service. At the end of the day I called the service consultant Nicolene she said that they needed camber bolts for the alignment and I should return the following day at 1pm for the car. I then went there on the 23 May, (next day) however, Nicolene did only follow up whether the bolts arrived when I had arrived there to pick up my jeep at 1pm. The mechanic told me it did not arrive. Nicolene said it was on late order and she would inform me on the 24 May for me to book my car in again. It is frustrating that I had to take time off from work to get this poor service. Now I am forced to make another trip to Maemo motors for my wheel alignment. I am very disappointed and expected more from a mercedes dealership...
