Rent-a-cheapie Car Rental
'RENT A CHEAPIE' CAR

I am a young woman travelling alone in south africa.
I rented a car from 'RENT A CHEAPIE' (owned by GRANT BAKER) - on 30 Marine Drive, PAARDEN EILAND.
They told me that the car rental for 'cheapie car' rent was 209 R/day.
I rented the car for 24 days.
They also advised if I travelled farther than 200K, the extra TRAVEL FEE was 499 R.
WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION - they have charged my credit card
10, 400 R!!! and
for 24 day car rental (little cheap hyndai rental car small cheap car).
Car was delivered to me 14 Oct.
I returned car 05 Nov (last night) at 8pm - clean, NO damage, perfect condition, full tank of gas, no damage, scratches or marks.
co is SAYING BCI DROVE THE GARDEN ROUTE AND DID NOT TELL THEM FIRST THAT I LOSE MY DEPOSIT OF 5, 900 R. Their contract does NOT make it clear that if you do not tell them first of travel on Garden Route, then you must pay a huge 5900 penalty fee.
IF I had called them first before I drove, the fee is 499 R.
Because I did not call them, they have charged me 5, 900.
The owner refuses to meet with me. I was charged 10, 400 R when I owed 209/day * 24 days: = 5, 016 R 499 R for TRAVEL/GARDEN = I owed 5, 515
