I am really dissappointed with First Car Rental. I rented a car on the 23/06/2013 23:00 and there was no one to do the inspections. When I returned the car on the 26/06/2013 10:00, I inspected the car together with the First Car Rental Stuff, there were no damages to the car and I signed the forms. On the 2nd of July I get an invoice for the damaged tyre and handling fee. I am really dissappointed because I am now being charged for something I didn't do. I only travelled on tar roads with no potholes and there was no flat tire when I returrned the car. So if they damaged themselves, why am I paying for this. I will never rent a car with First Car Rental because they are not honest, they are my money. I will make sure that I spread the word to everyone I know at work, friends, church, internet, etc to never rent a car with First Car Rental.
