My vw golf 6 cabriolet gearbox is faulty so they promised to give me a courtesy car since my car is still under warranty and it's having a factory fault, they said they will call me as soon as one of their courtesy car is back from the customer yesterday but they didn't bother, then today I went to see them because I wanted to go to Durban and to JHB tomorrow morning and I'm battling even to go to work, I asked them why they didn't call me and where was my courtesy car? To my surprise they said they sorry and that courtesy car was given to another customer (white guy) I don't know maybe it's because of my skin colour (black) or not because it's not the first time I'm treated like this in DEALERSHIP
Then I called VW SA to sort out this matter but even now I'm still waiting for them to come back to me since they promised to do so... my question is, IS THIS FAIR TO GET SUCH TREATMENT AS A PAYING CUSTOMER?
How am I going to go to work? Where am I going to get the money to hire another car? Are they going to pay me since I didn't even go to work because of them?
