On the 28th of September i took my car for first service. At first we struggled to get help because they did not get me on the system that i included service. I was promised my car will be back on Thursday. On Thursday i was told my car is faulty, as it is factory faulty it has to stay and i will get it the following week Monday.
I was not given a courtesy car because two of their courtesy cars are involved in an accident. I reported this to their manager who is not answering call via email but no response. i bought the car in May but i havent got my spare key from Sandile Msimande who was selling the car.
I am frustrated as i am pregnant and have a function coming in a weeks time. They are reluctant to help me. To go to work its a mission. Their service is really bad and poor. No customer service.
