Hello, I took my car to Soweto VW on monday the 10th June 2013, to be checked out as it displayed the "EPC" sign on the dashboard. It was then diagnosed as having a faulty 'cylinder head' which needed to be replaced. The car is only a year old.

The car was then booked in and I was promised that a courtesy car would be arranged. 10 days later I'm still waiting and I have to call them everytime at my expense, where they promise to get back to me and they don't. They can't give feedback as to when my car will be ready or when I can have a courtesy vehicle, since they only have one courtesy car, which is with a customer currently. This is really unacceptable, dissappointing and frustrating at the same time. How can such a big dealership, servicing such a big area, have one courtesy car? Service there is very poor. I will not be going back there... ever... for anything.
