This morning I called Hyundai head office to ask them for a list of Hyundai approved panel beaters as I have damaged my car. The receptionist who answered the call, firstly answered very badly. She did not state her name clearly, nor did she even let me know whether or not I was calling the correct place in her greeting. After I proceeded to talk, she rudely cut the call on me because I had wrongly called the head office instead of politely directing me to the correct place. Hyundai seriously needs to improve their service. I have had incompetent service from most branches that I have had to deal with. This is unacceptable!
