I took my car in for service and got the worse service ever. Despite the fact that I was 1 of the first 4 customer's there that morning, my car was still not ready when I arrived there at 16h30. i waited an extra hour for my car that arrived there still dirty. i had an extra scratch on my car's bonnet and on my left passenger's door. I got a call from a consultant asking me to rate their service and I explained all this to him, to which he replied the branch service manager will call me to discuss, but to date, nothing happened and I got no call.
